Jerry has cooked for over 40 years at various restaurants in New Mexico. He brings that experience and knowledge to every dish served at Casa de Herrera, his authentic New Mexico home style dishes with great red and green chile and famous salsa have kept people coming back for more!

JoAnna is an exceptional baker and candy maker creating one of a kind deserts for all occasions. She keeps up with the latest trends by attending cake and candy conventions. JoAnna is also a member of I. C. E. S. and loves sharing her knowledge and experience with others
